[RECIPE] Chocolate-covered Marshmallows

As its name would suggest, it is simply marshmallows dipped in chocolate. Make it as a party favor or a housewarming gift. Or make it for a special someone (it makes a nice study snack)

Ingredients:
marshmallows*
dark chocolate**
sprinkles (decorations)
lollipop sticks (optional)
clear bags with twist ties (optional)

[RECIPE] Sortedfood's recipe: Chocolate Cake-in-a-mug

I always crave for something sweet, and that's a really big problem for me. A single serving of chocolate cake can satisfy me without me overeating more sweets~

Out of all the recipes I came across, Sorted Food's chocolate cake-in-a-mug recipe seems to be the most foolproof and simplest one. I did some minor changes to their recipe:

Chocolate Cake-in-a-mug (single serving):
2 tbsp self-raising flour*
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp coffee powder
1 tbsp  sugar (the chocolate chips I have at home are really sweet, so I use less sugar)
1 (small) egg
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp milk
chocolate chips

*self-rasing flour: 1.25 (all-purpose flour) to 0.25 (baking powder) ratio

[RECIPE] Chocolate-covered pretzel goldfish

You know those chocolate-covered pretzels you can find at the bulk section of a grocery store? And we all know that everyone secretly sneaks a treat while scooping up some of those yummy mini cookies or those animal crackers.

Now there's pretzel Goldfish!
Pretzel Baked Goldfish
My mom bought a big chocolate bar, for baking purpose. There was about 12oz of chocolate left so I thought I might as well use it up. I prefer dark chocolate over regular milk chocolate, just because I think milk chocolate is too sweet.

[RECIPE] Kimchi Fried Rice

Fried Rice is a pretty common dish that (most) Asians make; it's simple, easy and quick. Just use some leftover rice and whatever you can find in the fridge- just dump it into the pan. Recently my mom bought a big tub of kimchi so I threw that into my fried rice, and it was heaven!
